Sharon Peri is a certified patent attorney and attorney at law, as well as a former senior patent examiner at the Israel Patent Office (ILPO) in the computing and telecommunications group. Sharon has extensive experience in all fields of intellectual property and related laws, with emphasis on patents and other registrable industrial property rights, such as trademarks and designs.
Sharon began her professional career in 1999, at the law office of Advocate & Patent Attorney Dr. Meir Noam, who has later served as Commissioner of Patents, Designs and Trademarks during 2003-2010. Sharon has worked along the years in several of the leading intellectual property and commercial law firms, acquiring diverse skills and great competency, whether in prosecution and enforcement aspects or in commercialization and transactions procurement area.
During her law studies, Sharon was a member on the editorial board of HUKIM: JOURNAL ON LEGISLATION, and an editor in chief of its online law review HUKIM B'KTZARA: SHORT COMMENTS ON LEGISLATION UPDATES. Sharon habitually authors case law reviews and commentary on intellectual property law under selected publications.
Sharon also holds a Bachelor of Music degree and occasionally enganges in performance arts, including playing classical and electric guitar and amateur Disc-Jockeying.
